AGLOCO - PHILIPPINES supports Filipina

In line with the on-going campaign to regain the true meaning of the word Filipina, I am dedicating this post to this noble cause. This is not my official entry for the SEO Filipina Writing Project. But my way of support to this fight because I feel that our Filipino Women are being molested and raped in the World Wide Web.

If you googled search the word "filipina" a lot of sites destroying the image of a filipino woman are being indexed and appeared on the first page of that particular search engine .

Once and for all, a Filipina is a filipino Woman. No more, no less. That is the real meaning of a filipina. Any connotation aside from that is not the real and true meaning of the word filipina.

Any websites that portrays Filipina as sex object, as a dating partner, and etcetera have no right to exist and must be banned from the search engine. This is a serious call. A call coming from a nation who cares for its women. A Filipino Nation who valued the integrity and independent of its Women by giving her a distinct name and that is Filipina.

May this call be stentorized in the world wide web specially to all the search engines concerns such as Google, Yahoo, MSN and others to name a few that they may come out an algorithm formula in order to topple down those sites which maliciously and intentionally maligned the Women of the Philippines. So, Help Us God!
